MEDICAL ACCOUNT PAYMENTS DUE TO YOU!
- Claims are transmitted “Daily” to Medical Aids and Practitioners will receive payments directly from medical funds into their bank accounts
- All rejected claims will be addressed immediately and re-submitted/followed up until paid.
- Private patient accounts are e-mailed immediately to them for payment.
- Customer Reports, Age Analysis, Statements, etc. will be done on a regular basis and available to practitioners at all times. There are no hidden costs
Billing fees of 5% / on account paid
Billing fees of 5% will be charge on accounts paid out by medical aid schemes.
Flexible for you
Invoicing will either be on the 25th or last day of every month to fit in with your month-end closure.
No long term contacts
MCR does not require long term contracts but rather on a month to month basis with a 2-month advance notice required if services are to be terminated.

To secure our services, a Power of Attorney and Service Level Agreement needs to be completed in order for MCR to act on your behalf.
NO VAT CHARGE
MCR is not VAT registered and all claims MCR recovers will have no VAT chargeable
